We’ve put together clear, simple answers about Vaylen’s care, treatment options, and pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
Start your weight loss journeyOur licensed clinicians prescribe proven GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®), when clinically appropriate. In some cases, a compounded version may be recommended. All prescriptions are written by U.S. providers and filled through trusted, regulated pharmacies.
Adults 18–74 with a body mass index (BMI) of 27 or higher, or BMI 25+ with a related health condition, may be eligible. Final eligibility is always determined by your provider after a clinical evaluation.
If your provider determines that medication isn’t clinically appropriate, you won’t be charged for a prescription. Your provider may still offer other health or lifestyle recommendations.
Most patients notice changes within the first 4–8 weeks. On average, GLP-1 medications support 1–2 pounds of weight loss per week when combined with healthy lifestyle choices. Results vary by individual.
No. Vaylen offers clear, all-inclusive pricing without insurance requirements. You pay a predictable monthly fee that covers provider visits, labs, and medication management.
You’ll receive a tailored treatment plan that includes your medication, lifestyle recommendations, and a schedule for follow-ups. In the first months, visits are more frequent to ensure safety and dosing accuracy. Once stable, you’ll move to quarterly check-ins with labs to track progress.
Vaylen partners with board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners licensed across all 50 states. Each provider is trained in weight management care and follows evidence-based medical guidelines.
The most common side effects of GLP-1 medications include nausea, mild stomach upset, or changes in appetite. These are usually temporary and manageable. Your provider will guide you on how to reduce discomfort and will only continue treatment if it is safe for you.
If you’re found ineligible after your first consultation, you’ll receive a refund for that month. If your medication has already shipped, that month is non-refundable due to pharmacy safety regulations. Future months can be canceled at any time.

General Disclaimer
These health assessments, telehealth consultations, and related services provided through the Vaylen platform do not create a doctor–patient relationship between users and Vaylen.
Vaylen is not a medical provider. It operates as a technology and care coordination platform that connects users to licensed healthcare professionals and medical groups (“Providers”) qualified to deliver non-emergency medical services via secure telehealth systems. All Providers are independent, U.S.-licensed clinicians who follow evidence-based protocols to ensure patient safety. These Providers determine eligibility for specific treatments, including GLP-1 medications, based on individual medical assessments. The decision to prescribe any medication rests solely with the licensed clinician, based on their professional judgment. All health claims, results, and benefits mentioned on the Vaylen platform are based on self-reported data from members participating in treatment programs that may include compounded GLP-1 medications and telehealth consultations.
Individual results vary and depend on medical history, adherence to treatment, diet, and lifestyle factors.
Vaylen may work with certified compounding pharmacies to provide medication when clinically indicated. These pharmacies operate in FDA-registered facilities, but compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Their use is guided solely by the prescribing clinician’s medical judgment.
Patients should discuss the potential risks, side effects, and benefits of any medication with their provider. Vaylen does not manufacture compounded medications and does not influence any prescribing decisions made by clinicians.
Pharmacy Partners and Quality Assurance
Vaylen partners only with licensed U.S. pharmacies that follow strict safety and quality protocols. These pharmacies undergo regular compliance checks and provide transparent updates on medication testing, availability, and shipping. While Vaylen strives for timely service, occasional delays or variations in medication appearance may occur due to supply or manufacturer issues. All prescriptions are filled in accordance with federal and state pharmacy regulations. Results achieved through Vaylen’s programs vary by individual. Weight loss or health improvements are not guaranteed and depend on adherence to treatment, lifestyle choices, and clinical suitability.
FDA and Trademark Disclosures
● Wegovy® is FDA-approved for chronic weight management.
● Ozempic® is FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes and may be prescribed off-label for weight management.
Compounded alternatives and all medications are prescribed solely at the discretion of licensed clinicians when medically appropriate.
All product names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Wegovy, Ozempic) are the property of their respective owners. Vaylen does not claim ownership or endorsement.
Important Safety & Prescription Information
All evaluations are performed by licensed U.S. medical providers. Prescriptions are only written if clinically appropriate after a full provider review.
Providers may prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 medications (such as Wegovy®, Ozempic®, or Zepbound®) or compounded versions when suitable. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies but are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality.
